EEK! I almost forgot this because I was doing something in facebook. OOPS! It's going to be short though I'm tired.
B: chocolate oatmeal really good and really satisfying
S: open faced sandwich w/ turkey, spinach, laughing cow, and pickled banana peppers YUM!
L: black bean and turkey burrito. It was ok but to salty this time
S: cottage cheese and yogurt yes still good
D: spaghetti and meatballs YUM!
S: cappucino shake
Workouts we did level 1 of the shred again tonight. I am still fighting the coughing and level 2 requires more breathing if that makes sense.
