This is going to be short and sweet.

Workout: power mile w/ a lot of jogging

B: south beach bar S: cracker w/ spread L: tuna w/ high fiber rotini S: applesauce and v8 D: crockpot steak, brown rice, and zucchini, s: missed out on it.
