I am finally feeling better and think I might have shaken the bug for good let's keep our fingers crossed! I was very careful in eating today just in case because I didn't want a rebellion on my hands.
B: waffle w/ peach jam S: none L: leftovers S: apple and cheese D: piece of pork roast, cranberry sauce, sugar snap peas, salad. S: 1 tbs of vanilla ice cream. So far so good
Workouts: 2 mile walk tonight with the family it was fabulous!
