I feel 100% better and made sure my day reflected it.
B: I slept late I love my DH because he gets up at the same time no matter what so I get to sleep late on weekends.
S: Cracker w/ spread
L: 1 serving lean brisket (home cooked and smoked) 1 serving beans, 1 serving corn bread
S: 1 of the cups of applesauce
D: chicken and cheese quesadilla w/ peppers and 1 serving chips
S: 1 cup of juice
Workout: I did week 1 day 1 of C25K. I am proud to say I survived LOL! I am back on the workout wagon and starting tomorrow I am back to my trying to get 3 workouts in on M and F. We'll see how it goes.
