I am feeling better and was able to eat today although i was super cautious.
B: apple cinnamon cheerios. S: none L: crab cake and pasta S: cheese stick w/ crackers D: chicken tenders w/ 1 tbs mashed potatos and 1 big spoon of peas. S: south beach diet snack bar
Workouts: I cleaned the house all day so it wasn't an intense workout in some ways but in others it was and I am now exhausted and hoping I can sleep tonight. I am still not use to the time difference at least that is what I think I figured out last night at midnight when i was still staring at the ceiling finall ready to doze off since 11 was my bedtime...........
