4/28/09 All Day

I feel like I am falling apart right now my head is throbbing and I have a muscle that is twitching. I think it is called exhaustion. Sleep just didn't work last night for me so I am suffering today.

It was a work day so I got up and got ready thinking that my food from last week that I didn't eat would still be in the fridge HA HA HA it wasn't. GRR but oh well I did have some snacks in my desk and I had leftovers from yesterday so life was ok. I had cheerios for breakfast, a small bag of baked cheetos for snack, rice and meatloaf from last night for lunch, a bar for snack, and avocado tacos for dinner. Those were DELICIOUS!!!!! All they are is: a tortilla we used whole grain, an avocado sliced, and then you cook onion and bell peppers fajita style and put them on add a little bit of sour cream and a little bit of cheddar cheese and voila YUM!

Workouts: walking, family walk, and strength power 90 because it was to late to do p90x and my head was killing me at the time so we did power 90 and pushed it.

Now they are on their challenge where they are to carry all their weight from before up a sand hill to throw over the edge when they reach the top. Each week point they get to shed the weight they lost that week.

HAHA watching the contestants make the trainers workout was pretty funny.

The last chance workouts were intense and everyone did a great job!

Tara for winning the challenge had a choice of a lb or 10K she chose the lb and Mike as second place winner got the 10K. Pretty cool!

Filipe and Ron are below the yellow line.

The final 4 are: Mike, Helen, Tara, and Ron

Filipe is not the biggest loser.

Ron and Mike made their own personal goal. They lost over 300 lbs combined while at camp. WAY TO GO GUYS!!!!!!

4/26/09 All Day

I felt better today so life was good. I took Roo to the mall and to Target for the morning and we got to spend some quality time with each other which was fun.

I didn't eat breakfast as I didn't want to worry about whether or not my stomach would do anything weird. Lunch was a sandwich from Dagwoods. Afternoon snack was some graham bunnies. Dinner was chicken sausage, spinach, and spaghetti. Evening snack was some light ice cream.

Workouts: walking and lots of it. I walked at the mall and we did our family walk.

Tomorrow I am back 100% I miss p90x.

WI tomorrow is going to be good. I am the weight I was before I got the stomach bug and I am happy with that one. :D I can't wait to share. :D :D :D

4/25/09 All Day

The day started with a relapse for me of the stomach bug so I didn't get to go to little gym nor did I get to do any workouts. I did take chances and ate meals and they did fine. I don't know what was up this morning but I hope that it's really over for good. I can't assume that I lucked out for having it just one day when Roo had it for five ya know. *sigh*

I had some cheerios for breakfast. For lunch I had a turkey sandwich and about 4 chips. Afternoon snack was graham bunnies. Dinner was turkey smoked sausage, homemade high fiber mac and cheese, and a tomato cucumber salad. Evening snack was cornbread crackers and string cheese.

Workouts: We did a 1 mile family walk. I hope tomorrow is better..........

4/24/09 All Day

Today started off to a much better day than yesterday. I got up and got to work early. No march march today because I was still really weak but that's ok I made myself take it easy today to make sure I was over this mess.

I did however eat today mainly because I was hungry so breakfast was 1/2 cup of cheerios to test everything out. Snack was some saltines and a cheese stick. Lunch was macaroni w/ hamburger and some cheddar cheese. Afternoon snack was freeze dried peaches. Dinner was a baked chicken breast and rice. Evening snack was some chocolate graham bunnies.

Workouts I took a 1.5 mile walk with the family tonight. Nothing overly intense but we pushed through it and man the wind was strong!

Since today worked tomorrow is a back to normal day with Little Gym in the morning with Roo to a day full of workouts and fun! I cannot wait!! I hope to get two p90x workouts done tomorrow and 1 power 90.

4/22/09 All Day

Happy Earth Day!

I have to start at the beginning of today when I got up. I slept so hard last night that honestly it was really hard to get up I just wanted to laze around but work was calling so up it was. Roo is feeling better so that's good. Anyway before Roo got up and before I lose my train of thought I got up and got on the scale. I stepped off the scale. I stepped on the scale. I blinked, stretched, gave the scale enough time to go back to sleep, kicked the button again, got on went no that's not right. Got off, repeat the steps a few times and each time it said the same thing. I was like you have got to be kidding me but nope D confirmed the scale showed new numbers. I am in a new weight decade. I broke out of the 170's where I have been trapped all year. I am DONE well yeah not officially since my official weigh in day is Monday but I know I am working hard and I am NOT going to break this week just because I want to see that number again actually I won't lie I want that number to be lower but I broke out of the 170's at least for today.

I really had to stop and reflect on that one as I was driving to work. I am finally out of the 170's. I have been so focused on losing weight and pushing my way down the scale and to see the results I cannot put into words how great it feels. I cannot tell you how many times I have wanted to give up. How many times I have wanted to say fine I'll stay this way forever. How many times I have said that I must not be worth it since my body doesn't want to lose the weight that I might as well give up. How many times I have wanted to find ANY excuse that is out there and just call it quits. I didn't let myself though, D didn't let me. I kept pushing and D kept encouraging because he is right here with me in this weight struggle. We both want to be healthier and this lifestyle is getting us there.

This blog has really helped keep me focused too. I know I can't stop and I need to go back and read through my thoughts at the beginning of this focused journey because I know I am even more focused now than I was then. I started this blog for multiple reasons. The big one was because I wanted a journal that I could hand over to my doctor and say LOOK this is what I am eating, this is what I am doing, this is ME. I am not bsing I am not pulling the wool over anyones eyes this is who I am now tell me why I am having so many intestinal problems. Don't tell me that I am imagining the issues don't tell me after you run tests that IF I continue to have problems to come back. Do NOT give me that BS. I've had the issues for years one negative test does not mean the issue is not there. This blog was really to show him the problems. It became therapuetic for me as well. Soon after I started this blog I decided to switch doctors because I really was not happy with mine. I was having trouble and I was not imagining things. I hurt ALL the time. I couldn't go out to eat without getting sick. I couldn't make it to work without stopping on the way. I was getting depressed. I was not losing weight. I was frustrated and I was angry. I am the type that wants things to talk about to a doctor I want to make sure I have my symptoms listed and that for something like this I can show what I have tried and what isn't working. In my research I ran across an article that talked about how much trouble a person could have if they chewed sugarless gum and I went BINGO! That was it that was my problem. I decided to experiment with it and sure enough I quit chewing gum and ALL of my stomach issues cleared up. It is seriously amazing. I do need to go talk to the new doctor and see if we can get a confirmation that gum was the issue but for now I am enjoying how great I feel because it has been years since I have felt this good.

A healthy lifestyle for me is the way I want to be living. I want my daughter to see me as an example not like Mike saw Ron on biggest loser last night. I don't want her to say Mom why did you give up on yourself and therefore give up on me? I'm not going to I am going to strive forward and keep the motivation and keep this living going.

This blog is full of random thoughts as I have been on this journey and it will continue to be filled with random thoughts as I continue on this journey and when I hit maintenance it will still be filled with random thoughts because I do want to maintain my focus and my drive. If you are reading this THANK YOU for your support. I cannot do this alone I have found I need the cheering section and I want to be there to cheer for anyone else who needs it. This is a long hard difficult journey to be on but we cannot give up because we are all worth it and more.

So the morning was good I had honey nut cheerios for breakfast. I skipped snack because I was going out to eat with coworkers to a greek restaurant and knew I needed to save up my calories. At the restaurant I had a small greek salad and the gyro dinner which was gyro meat, 1 whole pita, served over rice. I had half for lunch and then I had the rest of the meat and bread for afternoon snack. For dinner I made ground turkey tacos w/ cheese, tomato, lettuce, and a taco shell. For evening snack I had some freeze dried grapes and a glass of milk.

Workouts we did the family walk and had so much fun looking at everything around us. And then we did p90x Kenpo. OUCH! I need for us to start waking up earlier and that might be next weeks goal because I want to be doing power 90 as well but when you start working out at 8:30 and the video is an hour well I really do like being in bed before 11........It's ok though Roo time is much more important and the weekends are a great time for really pushing it which is why we want to do both programs but you do what you can do. And on average I am getting three hours of moderate exercise a day so i am happy.

Go Wear Fit I still love it. I love seeing the numbers and really pushing myself. This thing ROCKS!

4/21/09 All Day

Today was a rough one because Roo was home with D while I went to work. It was hard because I know that she was sick and I couldn't be there but D is a great daddy so no worries with her care at all but I miss being with her when she needs me.

Breakfast was honey nut cheerios w/ freeze dried strawberries. It was good! However right after I ate it I started feeling off kilter some so I figured the stomach bug was about to knock me over. I skipped my morning snack because I flat out was not hungry. Lunch was a 6 in sub w/ turkey, tomato, and lettuce. 1/2 bag of lays potato chips, and 1 oatmeal raisin cookie. Afternoon snack was a quaker delites raspberry bar. It was good. D cooked dinner and it was 2 chicken tenders wrapped in turkey bacon with 1 tablespoon of rice, and some steamed broccoli and cauliflower. It was really fresh and really good. We then went on a 1 mile family walk because a certain little girl was DONE with the whole walking concept and wanted to be home and in bed so that's what we did. Workouts we did legs and back of the p90x it was nice and intense. It was actually really cool because we played that on the dvd player while we watched biggest loser. LOL! Oh and before we did that I marched and jogged in place for 20 minutes while watching biggest loser

Go wear fit goals I am going to reach and exceed them all WAHOOO!!!

Ok tonight's show started off with a nutrition challenge and Mike won it! The final question was between him and Kristin. The question was how many calories are in a fast food fried fish sandwich and Mike was 5 calories below the number. He won an all expense trip to New York courtesty of Good Housekeeping. He did such a great job! Bob was not thrilled that his team didn't win because they should have a better grasp of their nutrition so he made them carry a camera around for the day to go over food. So far he's not happy with their breakfast because it was to low calorie. Their pizza did not have any protein on it, their snack wasn't enough. Bob is not a happy camper LOL! It is actually hilarious to watch this. Hilarious hilarious hilarious!

The big challenge was for 10K dollars or could be traded in for a 1 lb advantage. Tara won. They were taken up quite a ways in the air and they had to hold onto a rope. Mike was out first, then Ron, the Filipe (who I'm sorry was a total jerk up there by bouncing around and tring to throw everyone else off their game) Kristin, Helen, and Tara won it. WTG girl!

The last chance workout tonight was BRUTAL for everyone and was very inspiring to watch. I know I got up and marched in place while watching!

Weigh in Helen was only down 1 lb. Kristin was up 1 lb. They are both below the yellow line. Tara took the money way to go girl!!!!!

Ron is game playing and told Mike to vote against Kristin so that it would result in a tie and Kristin would go home. Ron however won't write Kristin's name down so he keeps his promise.

Kristin went home. She was not the biggest loser this week.

4/20/09 All Day

I am just going to kind of gloss over the fact I had a 1 lb gain this week and move on to happier news. No really I did have a gain and I think it was because I was hitting to low in my calorie range for the entire week. I need to make sure I am staying in the 14-15 range and not the 11-13 range.

The day started off with March March and honey nut cheerios w/ reduced fat milk. Then it was straight to business and helping people out. At some point I got up and had a banana and encouraged Roo to have some as well. She is still not 100% and I am starting to get worried. This is the longest stomach virus we have ever had and I hope it goes away soon! 3 days of vomiting and we're on day 4 of extreme oop. Of course I haven't gotten it yet which is a good thing! Lunch was a slice and a half of pizza and a salad w/ homemade light ranch. Afternoon snack was carrots and ranch YUM! I had that right after I did the Shred which was a nice way to break up the day because work was intense and stressful. Dinner was a ground turkey salsbury stea, w/ brown gravy and a serving of brown rice. It was sooooooooooo good! And Roo even liked it and wanted to eat before it was ready so that was a good thing. She actually ate a very good dinner for having not eaten anything in a few days. We went on a nice 1.5 mile family walk tonight and after she was in bed we did 45 minutes of p90x yoga. The tape is actually 90+ minutes but we survived 45 minutes and wanted to die so we need to build up on that one. We'll get there though!

Go wear fit: I am going to hit my calorie goal by midnight, and I hit my steps, and my moderate exercise level. I am still thrilled with it and am glad I can track what my issues are. The lack of sleep the past few days has been real fun to track....HAHA not.......

p90x the yoga was tough tonight I am not fully there yet but I will be soon enough. I am proud of how much I did tonight and know that in a couple of weeks I will look back and go why couldn't I do that then?

Power 90: We didn't get the cardio in Roo had a wake up and serious issues that had to be resolved thus making 40 minutes of cardio not possible.

4/19/09 All Day

Well last night was a repeat of the night before but last night we did get to bed at midnight or shortly thereafter and we slept until 7:40 (then one of us went back to bed after that for another two hours) Love you D for letting me do that. Roo appears to be feeling better but she did yesterday too so who knows we're hoping we're in for a quiet night tonight. When I got up and after I had waked up I asked D if he wanted to work out so he went and got ready.

For breakfast I scarfed 8 animal crackers because we were about to workout LOL! We did the almost hour long plyometrics of p90x since we had missed it yesterday. Then because we were still moving we did the Power 90 Strength. We then had 2 slices of Market Street Pizza. We put Roo to bed and D came downstairs and we did the shoulders and arms along with the ab ripper x of p90x. We rocked our way through it and I am so proud of us! For snack I had some jelly bellies and some freeze dried fruit. Dinner was a HUGE salad w/ lettuce, spinach, tomato, carrots, cucumber, bell pepper, lean ham, and light swiss cheese, w/ homemade lowfat ranch. Oh and croutons can't forget those. It was so good and so fresh! We then went on a short walk 3/4 mile I think and came home. I wasn't at my step goal though so i went out and walk and jogged around an area of the neighborhood. I would say it was a block but it's not a real block in terms of the way things used to be it's much larger than that. Anyway I came home and felt great helped get a little girl to bed had 1/2 a pbj for evening snack and am going to sleep super well.

Go wear fit wise I hit all of my goals and then some! I actually wanted to hit 2900 calories because I missed my calorie goal yesterday and I am on track to do that by the end of the day. WAHOOOO!!!!!!

p90x review it rocks! I love how intense it is and I feel great after doing it!

Power 90 review: Still love it and I really think we're going to have to get up early to start doing it since p90x is at least an hour a night.

Non scale victory: I tried on a dress I wore 4 years ago or so and I could zip it up and it looked ok. I am not 100% happy with how I look in it so it won't be going out in public quite yet but by summer I very well might be wearing it. And some shorts I bought 5 years ago and never wore I can button them they don't look good yet at all but that's huge progress.

4/18/09 All Day

Today was a quiet day and that's why this is getting written early. We decided early on today that it was not going to be workout intense. I mean we decided EARLY on as in 1:20 AM that we would not be working out today because Roo got hit with a stomach virus and at 1:20 we were just about to fall asleep. I took cough medicine with codeine last night and was falling over with exhaustion. We spent the day trying to keep our eyes open and decided that it would not be wise to workout when you can't function.

Eating wise it was a great day. Breakfast was lowfat yogurt w/ strawberries. Snack was skipped since breakfast was super late. Lunch was general tso's chicken and egg rolls w/ brown rice. Calorie wise it ran about 400 calories for the full meal. Afternoon snack was frozen strawberry yogurt YUM! Dinner was a chicken, cheese, and pepper quesadilla. Evening snack will probably be something sweet. We'll see if I make it half an hour more before I fall over to get one.

Go Wear Fit goals yeah not making those today and not getting anywhere close. Tomorrow might show that I hit some sleep goals since I am dozing whenever I have a minute or two.....So fingers crossed that Roo sleeps all night so that we can hit it hard tomorrow in regards to working out.

4/17/09 All Day

The weather here is lovely honestly it is. We had rain for most of the day and the temps cooled down so we stayed in the house all day no family walk. That's ok though because Roo isn't at her top feeling wise. We're not sure what's going on but she is under close observation right now.

The morning started off with march march! I did hte two mile WATP and then after it was over had my computer set up on the boxes so I kept on marching. Breakfast was one of the twisted bars and snack was some frozen strawberry yogurt. Lunch was a homemade cheese quesadilla w/ peppers and 1 tbs of ranch for dipping. I learned my kiddo is like me and will eat ranch off the spoon. Oy I better watch out on that one! Afternoon snack was .5 oz of freeze dried strawberries and I had 8 animal crackers. About 4 the computer went back up on the boxes and while Roo watched Seseame Street 25th birthday musical celebration I marched and danced in place. It was a good workout. Dinner was 5 butterfly grilled shrimp w/ a touch of jalapeno cream sauce served over 1/2 cup of spanish rice and 1/4 of an avocado, lettuce, and tomato. It was REALLY good! Then we also had 1 serving of tortilla chips and some salsa. Evening snack was skipped because we just got done with our evening workout.

Ok so I have talked about doing the Power 90 program. It's the one that is recommended be completed before you start the extreme p90x system. I had ordered both systems from Amazon Marketplace on the same day. I got Power 90 and then got a notice that order 1 was cancelled because the seller didn't have the product. Ok fine so I ordered it from seller number 2. A week later I got notice that their house had burned and they no longer had the product. So I gave up on Amazon and went to ebay and ordered it. The next day paypal sent me a note that said they were putting my payment on hold because ebay had pulled the listing. I was like NOOOOOOOO I really wanted just a used copy. But the ebay copy showed up today! WAHOOOOOOOOOOO!! So instead of doing Power 90 cardio we did day 1 of p90x because I was dying to make sure the dvd's worked and to get started. D and I are going to increase our workout length at night and work through both programs in the future. I see us getting up 40 minutes earlier from now on to get the Power 90 completed before the day starts because p90x is about an hour a day commitment. I cannot wait to see how much my body transforms though! I need to find a pull up bar for us next. Yippee........

Oh so evening workout was p90x chest and back and ab ripper. Ab ripper should be called kill me because I was dying by the end of it!

Go Wear Fit I hit my step goal WAHOOOO all the marching got me there, and I hit my moderate workout goal but barely. Which irritates me quite a bit because it shouldn't have been as close as it was but I know what I did was over that number and I did hit the goal so YAY!!

4/16/09 All Day

It's 9:30 and I just now got my daughter to sleep so needless to say there is no Power 90 workout tonight I'd never be able to go to sleep if I did it now. However the cuddles were so worth it.

It's been a really tough emotional week for me and the next paragraph is a downer type post so feel free to skip ahead.

Life is so fragile and things you know can be changed in the blink of an eye. A person who I had known for years is no longer with us and I don't understand the reason why. I really cannot wrap my head around what happened and if I can't I really don't know how his family is going to deal with the loss. I don't know how his friends are going to deal with the loss. I just don't understand and I know that I never will. Then my best friend let me know her puppy had passed away two weeks ago and her puppy was her baby always with her and loved so much. And then this morning on the way to work traffic came to a complete stop. I had all sorts of emergency vehicles pass by me and I was like ok it'll be awhile. I could see that they were all headed and they were not that far in front of where I was maybe 30 cars. It dawns on me I had not seen an ambulance go by and then I heard the helicopters and a careflight chopper landed. And then 5 minutes later another one. And then there was another helicopter in the area with careflight markings on it but it never landed. And after all those had arrived an ambulance went by. After an hour and a half they finally let the west bound traffic pass and I saw one of the cars and I do not know how anyone could have survived in that vehicle. I called D and told him that I loved him. Time slows down for no person so we need to be thankful for what we have right now. Sorry for the downer post like I said I've been struggling emotionally this week. As soon as Roo came home tonight she gave me the biggest hug and I sat down to just hold onto her. Tonight when she wouldn't go down I decided it was ok because I really just needed to hold onto her for awhile.

Breakfast was cheerios which were eaten on the road well actually when I was out of the car stretching because no person should sit in the car with no movement for an hour and a half while waiting for traffic to be cleared to go past a wreck. I also drank a diet coke which probably wasn't the wisest thing but I was thirsty and it was in my bag for lunch. Not wise because we couldn't move and there were no convenient bathrooms. It was actually kind of funny once we got past the wreck traffic all seemed to move into our lane again quickly and it was funny how many cars were turning into the first gas station past it. LOL! Made it to work finally and half an hour later it was time for an orange and cheese sticks for snack. Lunch was a lean cuisine pizza chicken and garlic and yeah that was my last one of those the garlic was a little to garlicy for my taste. Afternoon snack was vanilla yogurt and freeze dried fruit. YUM! Dinner was baked chicken parmesan w/ spaghetti and marinara sauce. Evening snack was 1/2 cup of frozen peach yogurt.

Workouts were walking around the building and getting my steps in and our hour long family walk tonight. I am going to hit all my goals for the day so that's good but tomorrow I need to step it up to make up for the loss of a workout tonight. I hope Roo is ready to march march first thing in the morning (after the bus goes by of course)

4/15/09 All Day

Happy Tax day BLECH!

It was a great workout day and I hit my calorie goal by 9:15 tonight WAHOOOOOOO!! I was over 13K steps and there's still time tonight to hit some more LOL! And moderate exercise I was at almost 3 hours when I uploaded it. So for the day I am happy with my results. Calorie intake today was a little high but I don't think it was in all honesty but using the calories that the program has it was.

For breakfast I had a protein bar which was really good it shouldn't be a breakfast but it will definitely be in my snack regiment. It was called Twisted and I had the vanilla flavor. I can't describe it all I can say is YUM! Snack was a cracker and 2 string cheese. Lunch was a tortilla w/ parmesan spread and 1 oz of turkey and 1 oz of ham and a serving of chips. Afternoon snack was peach yogurt and a serving of animal crackers. Dinner is where the calorie count gets dicey. We had a hamburger patty and some homemade cheese fries. I baked the fries then added light cheese and bacon bits. We did have homemade lowfat ranch. So it wasdefinitely a higher calorie meal than we usually have but I really do not believe it was as high as the preset numbers are and I'm to tired to go get the package to enter the exact numbers right now for each item.

Dinner did solve a craving as I have been CRAVING cheese fries and when D and I were talking about dinner I was like I'll stop at a local joint and pick something up. Then I sat there and was like ok what is that I am really craving from there and it dawned on me I just wanted the cheese fries because it has been soooooooooooo long and then once I realized that I decided to just do them at home in a lighter way and a much more portion controlled way than this restaurant. I am so proud of that decision! Then I made light ranch which was soooooooooooooooo good but again it was all about portion control and not going overboard. I skipped evening snack because of the higher calorie dinner.

Workouts let's see I walked around the inside of the building three times at lunch. Someone actually asked if I were doing laps and I was like yup might as well the building is HUGE! Then we went on an hour walk tonight which was over 2 miles. Roo did get to play at the playground and she walked all the way home. I am so proud of her! Then we did Power 90 Strength which was as usual a great workout.

So my reviews of the go wear fit and Power 90 are the same they ROCK! And workout wise I am so much stronger like tonight I was able to 5 real push ups and that is a huge accomplishment for me!

4/14/09 All Day

Ok today was a great workout day and a great eating day too!

I burned 2500+calories according to the go wear fit by 9:30! I'm over 14K steps for the day and I am close to 3 hours moderate exercise but I know that 2 hours were hard core and focused. The other hour was taken throughout the day.

Breakfast was honey nut cheerios. Morning snack was a cracker and 2 cheese sticks. Lunch was a wrap w/ a flour tortilla, parmesan spread, 1 oz ham and 1 oz turkey with a serving of carrots on the side. Afternoon snack was vanilla yogurt and banana and raspberries that are freeze dried. I can't tell you how tempted I was to eat a chocolate cookie but I stayed away and drooled from afar. Dinner was a salad w/ 2 oz of turkey, a whole bunch of lettuce, tomato, some provolone cheese, croutons were picked off, and it had onion as well with an oil and vinegar dressing. Then I had 15 jelly bellies because I had to have something sweet after the oil and vinegar. Then evening snack was a thumbprint cookie.

Workouts: I walked the building at work twice that was tough because I was in heels today I don't know what I was thinking to wear heels but they were at least super cute......Then there was the hour and 15 minute walk with the family we were up and down streets and back and forth. It was a lot of fun! Then we stopped at the park and played for 15 minutes which was even more fun!!!!!! We came home got Roo to bed and after Biggest Loser it was time for Power 90 Cardio all I can say is OUCH!

So go wear fit review is I still love it and I really feel that it is making a difference in my life.

Power 90 it was tough tonight I was really sore from bootcamp yesterday and it was difficult to push through it but it was worth it!

Ok here it goes.

Tonight was awesome from the challenge that Tara won to the makeover week with Tim Gunn. To the family reveals now I am going to pause here because the reveals made me cry and I am not a huge crier with tv shows. Ron came down to see his wife and other son and his other son teared up but he really teared up when Mike came down. Mike truly showed his awesomeness when he asked for some time alone with his brother to see what was going on. What was going on was that his brother wanted to be losing weight as well and Mike was so cool when he told his brother that soon he and Ron would be home and they would get him to where they were. I'm sorry but that was sheer coolness! Mike is an inspiration and I am so excited to see how he handles being a role model because that is what he is and what he is going to be like it or not. He has grown up so much on this show in ways I can't really explain but he is an amazing person who is going to go far in life with his positive attitude.

Now on to weigh in's. Mike lost 5 lbs which means he has lost more than the all time high of Roger and has set a new record. WAY TO GO!!!!!!!

Laura found out she had a stress fracture in her hip and she gained three pounds this week. She can't do anymore workouts at this point because she can't do any exercise. I really feel sorry for her.

Kristin and Laura are below the yellow line and the discussions on who to vote for are really tense at the moment but honestly what some of them are saying is right. Laura is not going to get the help she needs for her hip at the ranch she needs to rest it and go to therapy to avoid injuring it worse.

It was a really emotional final vote and Laura was the one who was voted off. The biggest loser is sending her home with amazing doctors who will be there to help her through this and that is great! I wish her the absolute best and can't wait to see her at the final weigh in . Take care of yourself girl this show is most definitely not worth a lifetime of pain so please listen to the doctors and you ARE going to reach your goals. You have a lot of people who are pulling for you at home now!

She's now at home and in rehab for her stress fracture and she looks great!!

4/13/09 All Day

Well I am going to start this post off with the fact that I am not doing Power 90 today. My head has been killing me all day and Aleve is not working at all. It's either sinus or exhaustion last night was a rough night. As soon as I got to sleep the weather radio went off. I got back to sleep and woke up to the pounding of hail on the house which of course meant we were up and moving towards the front door to look at what was going on and our lawn was covered with nickel sized hail. Great lovely wonderful back to bed and back to sleep. At midnight the weather radio went off again. Grumbles of pull the plug were issued although D finally got it turned off from the blaring. Then I woke up with a sore throat and of course I've been a zombie today and had some work issues that leave me wanting to bang my head into a brick wall so maybe that's what my headache is from. So long story short Power 90 didn't happen because I want to be in bed at 9 not working out. Tomorrow though I am back on it.

So that's what I didn't do let me get into all that I did do. I lost 1.6 this week for a total of 3.2 for the month so far and a bigger total of 10 lbs for the year. I'm excited to hit that 10 lbs but laughing some that 3.2 of it was from this month. Oh well a loss is a loss is a loss. At 6:50 I popped in WATP 2 miles and made it through that easily enough though the second it was over I was running for aleve for my head. Roo got up before the video so she got to march march march. Breakfast was a serving of life cereal and 3 oz of milk. Morning snack was a cracker w/ seafood spread. Lunch was a wrap w/ 1 oz of ham and 2 oz of turkey w/ a serving of carrots. Afternoon snack was vanilla yogurt w/ freeze dried bananas and raspberries mixed in YUMMERS!!! Dinner was chicken leftovers from yesterday and potato leftovers from yesterday. Evening snack was a serving of jelly bellies. At 4 today I popped in the biggest loser boot camp and did all of it. It was an excellent workout and not to jarring on movement for my head. We went out on a 45 minute family walk and I got 10K steps and the moderate exercise counter says I got 2 hours of workout in so I am happy.

Go wear fit review still love it!

Weekly goals so far Ummmm not sure I'm going to hit my calories burned goal today since I'm not doing Power 90 but I worked hard today and am happy with what I have done.

4/12/09 All Day

Happy Easter! Calorie burning wise this was a tough day. Eating wise it really wasn't. I hosted and my parents came over. We had crackers and some dip for an appetizer (which translated to my breakfast LOL) Then for lunch we had stuffed chicken breasts there were two flavors one was apple and cherry flavors and one was a shrimp and crab stuffing. They were DELISH!!!! Then we had asparagus and special potatos (light cream cheese, fat free sour cream, and chives) They were DELISH! I always loved those potatos but quit making them because I had not thought about doing these light which is what I have done the past few times. Then we had rolls. Afternoon snack was a small piece of peach praline pie. Dinner was a cracker w/ some sundried tomato spread, 1 oz of turkey and 1 oz of ham w/ tomato and carrots. It was so good!

We went on a 50 minute walk tonight and made it up and down most of the streets in the area twice. It was most excellent! Then tonight we did the Power 90 Strength and just some light cardio after because I had to hit my moderate goal.

So go wear fit wise I am about 100 calories away from my calorie burning goal which I know I will hit by midnight. And I hit my step goal and I hit my moderate workout goal. Tomorrow is WI and I am pretty sure I have not lost much if anything so this week was apparently the let my body adjust to what I am doing to it week and I am ok with that. (well in some ways I still want to see a loss)

Power 90 review This is the start of week 2 with it and I still enjoy it. I like the strength better because it's shorter and it doesnt kill my abs but tomorrow is cardio and I'll be ready.

Goals for next week: Hit my calorie goals everyday BEFORE bed.

4/11/09 All Day

It's been a tough day in that we're having serious allergy issues and my head has been killing me most of the day. But I reached all my goals and pushed through it so that is 2500 calories burned, 2 hours of moderate activity, and over 10K steps. I call that a success. We did not do Power 90 today because it was our rest day.

Eating wise it was a very low calorie day.

Breakfast was skipped as we were running to Little Gym. Snack was a serving of just fruit snack by Just Tomatos YUM! Lunch was 3 oz of turkey, on a taosted kaiser roll w/ some artichoke and parmesan spread and 1 serving of chips. Afternoon snack was Just Bananas the freeze dried banana snacks YUM! Dinner was orange roughie, veggies, and a slice of bread. Evening snack was 1 serving of Jelly Belly jelly beans.

Go wear fit: Still totally love it! It showed me how I worked at Little Gym today which was excellent and we got our walk in tonight before the rain hit.

Sleep is where I am headed right now Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

4/10/09 All Day

I am about to fall over so this will be short and sweet. My sinuses hurt thanks to the smoke in the area. I am ready for rain but don't necessarily want the rain on Sunday *sigh*

It was a work at home day so I did a WATP at 7 actually it wasn't really a WATP it was a walk around the house with march march my pace was much quicker than it is with the video and I had a Roo chasing me and me chasing her so that was excellent. I really enjoyed it! Breakfast was frosted mini wheats w/ milk. Snack was crackers w/ pimento cheese spread, lunch was leftovers from last night (chicken fried steak, squash, potato, gravy), snack was yogurt and animal crackers, dinner was rozini w/ diced up chicken tenders, tomato sauce, and mozzarella baked. I only ate about a tablespoon and a half of this I wasn't hungry oh and broccoli and cauliflower. Evening snack was skipped because it's 10 and I am just now done with Power 90. Oh and at lunch I did a tae bo video which was most excellent and we took a 45 minute walk tonight.

Go wear fit: I hit all my goals by 9:30 tonight WAHOOOOOOO!! Oh and I did hit all my goals yesterday and I have learned that hte display is to stay in another room at night because it woke me up in a panic when it started beeping at midnight LOL!

Power 90 review: I really still like it and I have done it about 8 times total so far. I do see how I will be able to keep this up long term because it is motivating and I am seeing differences in how I am able to get through it. I am getting more intense and making strives forward. Tomorrow I think will be my rest day from it as is stated in the guide book. We'll see though because I need to hit my go wear fit goals LOL!

4/9/09 All Day

Today was a very weird day and I did not hit my goals at the time I wanted to hit them. For those who aren't in the metroplex there were really bad wildfires so being outside was not advised for those with asthma and I have asthma. The smoke and haze in the air was HORRENDOUS and I do mean HORRENDOUS! So there went the long evening walk, and the walk at lunch was cut short as well. *sigh* I did hit my moderate goal at 9:15 tonight so I got some workout but it's not where I want me to be. I am not sure I'll hit the calorie goal at all but such is life for today. I might hit it by midnight we'll see.

Food for the day was honey nut cheerios, a south beach bar, sandwich w/ 2 pieces high fiber bread, 3 oz turkey, 1 laughing cow, and 1 serving tortilla chips, then yogurt and animal crackers for snack. Dinner was an oven baked chicken fried steak (3.5 oz) 1.5 tbs mashed potatos, sauteed squash w/ onions, and reduced fat gravy (as in made with reduced fat milk) It was DELISH and hit a craving that I had been having for about a week now. I almost caved and called the local cafe to pick up an order of chicken fried steak but baking it instead of frying it is so easy and so good! I can't wait for my leftovers tomorrow LOL! Evening snack is a skip I'm just not feeling it right now.

Workouts I did the Power 90 strength as well as some walking at work but like I said smoke greatly reduced my ability to do that.

Go Wear Fit Review: I think my display needs a new battery it's acting weird right now and it doesn't seem to update on a regular basis and it's not beeping when I hit some of my goals like I did hit the 8K steps but no notification. Not that that is a bad thing but.....Anyway I still love the product. D got his today and he's been walking, jumping, jogging around the house trying to see what he can do. I can't wait to see how he does with it because he is so much like me in that he likes to see the numbers.

Power 90 review: I made it through the strength tonight and instead of using the bands I used weights and I feel it in a totally new way! I think I like a combination of using both bands and weights but there are some exercised that just hurt with the bands like the ones where you have to take them above your head the band actually hurts my arm not the resistance but the band itself. So now I have done it with weights and I am going to work on mixing that up some more and adding weight amounts for different exercises. I do see a difference already I feel stronger and I am starting to see some tone in my arm. WAHOOOOOOOOO!

4/8/09 All Day

This is going to be fairly short I am tired and I just got done with the Power 90 workout and need to relax before bed.

I hit all my goals today and I hit 2 of them before 8:00 PM! WAHOOOOO!!!!

Breakfast was a cup of honey nut cheerios on the go. Snack was an apple and cheese sticks. Lunch was 2 pieces of leftover pizza. Afternoon snack was yogurt and animal crackers. Dinner was a homemade taco salad and I didn't eat all of mine but the majority of it was veggies such as lettuce, tomato, garbanzo beans, and avocado. It was DELISH! The meat was lean ground turkey. And evening snack isn't happening because I just got done working out and I am tired. Seriously tired.

Workouts I did a fast walk around the building at work during lunch which was only like 10 minutes. I did the WATP power mile while fixing dinner which was fun in an odd way LOL! Then we went on a 45 minute fast walk with the family and we made it up, down, and all around. It was excellent. Then we did the Power 90 cardio and abs. OUCH is all I can say to that.

Go wear fit is still pushing me and I love how I am feeling! The goals really do make me strive to accomplish more and move more and get to the goal.

4/7/09 Biggest Loser Recap

Scroll down if you want to see the highlights of what I thought happened....

Ok the challenge today was tough they had to go through all these platters which had a hidden item whether it be gum w/ cash prize, cupcake, coke, chips, etc....There was one golden ticket hidden out there where the winner of that received the only vote for the week. Laura won it. The amount of calories that were consumed OUCH I was seriously sick after I watched it.

The people who were below the line are Helen, and Sione were the two below the line.

Sione is the one who got sent home.

Seeing the kids totally excited to see their Daddy was wonderful. His wife seems like a wonderful person and when she teared up talking about how positive all of this was for the family I was tearing up myself. And the recent pictures of him are amazing he has done a fabulous job! Keep up the great work Sione can't wait to see you at the final show and good luck on your new career!!

The game play is ON in the game now ON ON ON! It was crazy to watch tonight the playing that was happening.

4/7/09 All Day

This is going to be done before my day is finished but I have a late workout to get done tonight. Tonight's late workout is the Power 90 Strength. My body is tired but I have to stay committed to this for the full 90 days.

Roo woke up with a fever so no school for her so we stayed home. As soon as D left it was time for March March so we march marched and OUCH my calves are sore today! Oh well this is so worth it. SOoooooo worth it! Roo had a bar for breakfast and I had 3/4 cup of life cereal w/ milk and 1/2 a banana. YUM! Snack was salsa and 1 serving of chips. Lunch was a spinach salad w/ 1/2 cup of mandarin oranges, some feta cheese, 1.5 chicken tenders, and a margarita vinigarette. It was DELISH! Loved it and would do it again anytime. Afternoon snack was yogurt and animal crackers. Dinner was 1.5 slices of market street toss in the oven pizza. It was good. Evening snack will be 1/2 of a banana and pb sandwich (as in one piece of bread).

Workouts I got the WATP video done first thing. Then when Roo was taking her nap I put the aerobic steps on my computer table which boosted my laptop up so that I could walk in place and work. This really workd and I will be doing it again. Now to figure out how to do that in my office at work....Hmmmmm.......I've always said I wanted my computer mounted on a treadmill at the office. I need to figure this out LOL! Then we took a 40 minute family walk the pace was a little slower than normal because calves are sore but again sooooooooooo worth it! Then I did a leg workout on the weight machine. And then as soon as biggest loser is over we will be doing the Power 90 Strength Phase 1-2.

Go wear fit review I still love it it really is pushing me forward but I am rethinking some of my goals. That 90 minutes of moderate workout are killing me! Just because some of my workouts either don't register or they hit vigorous which is excellent because it shows I'm really pushing but I still want my 90 minutes LOL!!! Then like this morning the video was 20 minutes long but it only registered 5 minutes. Oh well I guess my heart rate wasn't up where it should be so I just need to push harder. I am not sure I am going to hit all my goals today. I am 400 away from calorie goal and 20 minutes away from the moderate workout goal. At least I hit my step goal......This does push me and that is what I got it for.

4/6/09 All Day

Ok well I already posted my big news about a big loss! I am determined to say the same thing next week even though I totally was not expecting a loss this week at all! It really makes me happy to see one and know that the work I am putting out is working.

Today was a work at home day and Roo was so cute as soon as we waved bye bye to Daddy she looked at me and said Mommy March March and ran to the tv and started beating on it. I was like ok gotcha let's march march so I put WATP power mile on and she held my hand and we got to marching and stepping and everything else they make us do. Part of it was with a 27+lb weight in my arms but it was fun and worth it. Then she wanted a bar for breakfast so she got an apple nutrigrain bar and I had a banana and half a serving of frosted mini wheats. It did the job. Snack was crackers w/ pimento cheese. I found some smoked gouda pimento cheese at Market Street on Saturday and seriously it is beyond good that I have to limit how much I can have. I shouldn't say that because yeah I have to limit it but I mean I really have to watch this one so having it spread thin on a cracker is a great treat.

Lunch was a turkey sandwich w/ laughing cow, whole wheat bread, spinach, and 1 serving of chips. After Roo went down for a nap I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred level 1. OUCH! It's been awhile and I really can tell that I am in a lot better shape than I was when I started doing it in January but she does make a person work. Afternoon snack was a bite and I do mean a bite of chocolate mint cake. It had gone bad so after that one bite I didn't want to try anything else. Dinner was a beef fajita salad and it was DELISH! Before dinner I did the walk away pounds walk and jog video. After dinner I did the walk away the pounds power mile again (can you tell I was trying to get my calorie cound and moderate workout count up?) Then D and I both did the Power 90 cardio phase 1-2 and ab ripper. OUCH!

My body is tired very tired but this is what it has to go through to lose the pounds and the inches. I love feeling this way is that sick? I don't know it's the good physical you worked hard and you accomplished this much stuff feeling.

I am proud to say I made all my goals today. My hardest was actually the moderate exercise because the shred and the walk and jog kicked me up to vigorous levels so I really had to push it to get the 1.5 hour of moderate. I did it and I am thrilled! Calories burned are over 2500 and intake was like 1504.

I still love the go wear fit it is making me push harder and it is giving me the kick I needed.

Oh yeah I guess this is big news too but one pair of jeans I bought 4 days or so before I found out I was pregnant (which was why my old jeans didn't fit and I had to buy a bigger size LOL) fit now and are fairly comfortable. I am not sure I would trust wearing them in public yet but I am on the way there.

Power 90 review I am on day 4 and it is still making me work which I like.

4/6/09 WI

I was down a pound from last Monday's WI and from my WI on Tuesday for the Go Wear Fit which is what I am tracking this week Iwas down 1.6. And my BMI was still in the 30's today. WAHOOOOOOOOOOOooo

4/5/09 All Day

I slept in a little bit today which was really nice because I had worn myself out yesterday with workouts soooooooo worth it though ya know!

I skipped breakfast and morning snack because I knew we were going out to eat with my parents after we attempted bluebonnet pictures. Blasted front moved in so it was overly windy and cool none of which work well with a little girl who does not like the wind in her face so we will have to try again next week. I WILL get good pictures this year LOL!!!

We went to my parents house and chilled out for awhile before we headed to McCallisters. I had the light turkey w/ cranberry orange sandwich I ate all the turkey and cheese 1/2 the bread, my fruit cup and a glass of sweet tea. That was all I could handle.

Snack was 1 serving of chips w/ pimento cheese dip.

Then instead of working out I waited on an appointment that never showed up. That opportunity to burn calories gone BOOO!

Dinner was 1/2 an artichoke w/ .75 tbs of butter dip and 1 slice of sourdough bread w/ 3 oz of turkey and 1 slice of provolone that was toasted. This was REALLY good! It had been years since I had an artichoke and now I am trying to remember why it was so long. It was so low calorie and soooooooooooo filling I need to have them more frequently for sure!

Then we spent 2.5 hours trying to put a little girl to bed which was TOUGH we let her cry cry cry but there comes a point that crying isn't going to cut it so D and I took turns with her before she finally crashed for good. We then ran downstairs to do the Power 90 Sculpt Phase 1-2. It was excellent! Really beyond excellent my body is tired and my muscles are tired so life is good.

I didn't make my goals today I didn't make 1/2 way on them for that matter but with as much as we had packed in today I couldn't have done anymore in all honesty. It's hard for me to realize that I couldn't have done anymore and I need to let that go even though I wish I could have done more today but I am so much further now than I was at this time last week.

I had a banana for evening snack.

My review of go wear fit for the day I didn't get my goals but it was great to try for as much as I was able to. Tomorrow will be the end of my first week for it. Tomorrow is the first real weigh in day and I know my body is adjusting so I promise now not to get upset but I really feel this is what I needed to get me to push myself to the next level.

Ohhhhhhhh and how could I have forgotten the biggest thing of the day!! I got on the scale this morning no comment on the number because I know that my body is adjusting to the changes I have made to it this week but the BMI I will comment on. It was below 40 for the first time in who knows how long. I am soooooooooooo excited sooooooooo soooooooooooo soooooooo excited!

4/4/09 All Day

Today has been a very active and productive day!

We woke up at 7:15 and poor little Roo had a fever so no Little Gym for her. She crashed out in front of the tv to watch some new Disney show which is beyond strange for her so we just let her be and tried to entertain. She finally got around to moving around and I popped in the WATP power mile and jogged my way through that real fast. Roo wanted a nutri grain bar for breakfast so she had that and I had a south beach peanut butter bar. I then did the Power 90 Fat Burning Express video which was really fun to do and I am happy to say I was over 1000 calories by 9:30 LOL!

My phone rang and I found out that some pictures were ready so I hopped in the shower and after talking to D we decided it was best that he and Roo stay home so I took off. I got the pictures and stopped at Home Depot. There I picked up some pots, and potting soil so we could repot my indoor plants they were all looking really sad so it was time. Then I also got some more fertilizer and weed killer, fire ant killer, and mulch for around our trees. It was great to be outside in the garden area and lifting heavier bags around without getting out of breath. I then stopped at Market Street and picked up some groceries like salmon, tenderized chicken, meatloaf ready to cook, etc....I also got cauliflower, fruit, some spreads, and some artichokes.

I got home and D had made an open faced tuna melt which was DELISH! We also had a serving of chips and tried the new spreads that I had bought. There was one that was a smoked gouda pimento cheese OMG out of this world good and I don't know what the nutrition info is but I am guessing at it I did not have much though but it was hard not to sit down and just eat the whole container but I did stop with 1/2 tablespoon. YUMMERS!

We then went outside and repotted the plants and I came in to put Roo down for a nap. I then went to my room to catch up on the DVR but as I was watching a show my eyes were getting heavier so I turned the tv off and took a nice two hour nap. After waking up we went outside and chased a little girl around and came in for a yogurt snack.

All to soon it was time to start thinking about dinner and as D was cooking the salmon, red beans and rice, and broccoli and cauliflower mix w/ 1 piece of italian bread I put in the WATP power mile again and got through half of it before dinner was ready.

After dinner we took off for a family walk and we went about 3.5 miles. We walked the route twice and Roo was a princess in the stroller I was so proud of her she didn't ask to get up once! We got home and it was time for bed and once she was asleep I did the Power 90 Cardio and abs routine. My abs are aching right now but I guess that is the point of the whole thing.

Then I had a vanilla protein powder milk shake for my evening snack which is a great way to cool down.

Soooooooooo that was the day in a very long nutshell LOL!

Go Wear Fit Review: It kept me going today. I had to reach all my goals and I could not stop until I got there. D and I were talking that since I got this I know how hard to push myself. I had been working out and going Yay me that's all I have to do but seeing the numbers I realize that even though I was working out it wasn't doing that much. Yes I was burning some calories but I was not anywhere close to where I needed to be. Now I know my goals, I know where I am and I know how much farther I have to go to hear the beeps. It's harder than all get outs for me to hit the three daily goals but I am not going to let myself give up on this. It's all about the numbers! Eating wise I have been logging everything I put in my mouth on the sites food tracker and it is pretty consistent with what I am getting when I log it in FitDay and the such. I can't wait to see the scale next week. This week might not happen for various reasons but next week I know I am going to see a loss I have to!

Power 90 Review. Today was day 2 of total commitment LOL! It is a great workout and I can definitely feel the burn that it is giving me. I do really like this and although it is a little slow at times I like how I can kick it up or pace it down some. I am really excited to see what it will do when I am at 21 days.

4/3/09 All Day

It's been a long exhausting day. D woke up last night with a fever so needless to say it wasn't to restful of a sleep last night with his tossing and turning and shivering and cover shifting and pillow shifting etc.....Then Roo squeaked at 2:30 which had me sitting up. Then D got up for medicine and I thought it was wake up time. I've been struggling today seriously!

After Roo woke up this morning I made the mistake of asking her if she wanted cheerios or eggs for breakfast and after I poured some cheerios she looked at me and cried and said EGGS so I made up an egg scramble for us (peppers, egg beaters (1 serving each) and 2 slices of turkey bacon diced up and split among us all) Roo chowed down and I polished mine off as did D.

Before I got to work I did the walk away the pounds power mile. I then got to work and D kind of fell over in the living room and let Roo crawl over him as she watched Ocar and Elmomo. He took her upstairs for awhile to play and so that I could get some serious work done. When he brought her back down it was time for a banana and v8 juice snack. That was really good! I then watched Roo while D went upstairs to rest and we played peek a boo around the computer and coloring she loves to color!

Today is my nephews birthday and me being me had not been able to get to the PO in time to send his gift. I've only had it since January.....Oh well it got mailed today and he was on my mind all day so hopefully he will forgive me I'm sure his parents are rolling their eyes about my getting it there late. It's only stuff sent out there that is ever late but at least I do it consistently........

I got back and fixed Roo and I a wrap w/ tortilla, turkey, laughing cow wedge, some feta, and spinach. We also had 1 serving of corn chips. It was delicious!! D made a grilled sandwich so don't think I forgot about him he just wanted his own thing.

Roo went up for a nap and I tossed in Power 90 and did the strength workout. Holy cow that was tough! I used the resistance bands and man oh man I can't wait to see how much better I look and feel when i get through this thing! Today is my day 1 of being committed we did the cardio the other day but ER last night got in the way of staying committed to it at that point but I am now 100% committed to this for 90 days. I am to do one of the circuits 6 days a week but with the go fit wear I'm not sure I'm going to be able to slack off any at all but I'll get into that later.

It was time for back to work and when Roo woke up we had a yogurt and animal cracker snack. I really like this one it's simple and delish. She then went to take care of her bears until she went upstairs with D.

At 4:30 I was done for the day so I checked my display and YIKES I jumped up and popped in the walk away the pounds video again and I jogged my way through it and then I got Roo and put her shoes on and we took off for a 2 mile walk. My numbers were LOW and I mean LOW! I am shocked that I burn more calories at the office than I do at home YIKES!!!!!!!! Anyway we got home and D had made dinner which was chicken sausage, sauteed w/ peppers and spinach, and served over Ronzoni smart taste pasta. It was DELISH DELISH DELISH and something I would definitely make again.

We played and played and played as a family and I gave Roo her bath. Then was the discussion of who would get the last cuddles of the day and D said he would take round 1 and I would take round 2 so I said great and took off outside to mow the front yard. It is looking a little bit better now but I am still going to get Scott's this weekend and get that spread because these weeds are RIDIC! I came in and took my turn with a little girl and I cannot even put into words how much those last snuggles of the day are when she looks up at me with big eyes and says love. *sigh*

She still wasn't thrilled about being laid down for bed so D and I came downstairs for our evening snack to let her remember why she wanted sleep. We had a tiny piece of chocolate mint cake. No words can really describe this it is sooooooo good I had bought it at the store to take to work but I forgot it Thursday and remembered it today so we had to eat some I mean I hate to see all that money go to waste ya know LOL!

Now onto my go wear fit review. I still love it. It totally showed how rough last nights sleep was. I was shocked that I didn't move around as much today as I do at the office so I really had to kick myself up a whole lot to achieve all of my goals today which I am happy to say I did reach all of them at 8:38 tonight. I am about to fall over though I mean after 2 rounds of WATP power mile, 30 minutes of strength, fast paced walk, and then mowing the yard on top of being tired from last night and work and Roo girl time. I think tonight I will sleep beyond well.

4/1/09 All Day

Happy April Fool's Day everyone. I hope you were the joker and not the butt of any jokes today. I managed to make it through unscathed well except for some tickles from a little girl where you have to jump around and laugh hysterically because she is trying so hard to really tickle a person and you do it just to see her fall to the ground laughing. Yup it's worth it.

Well today was full day 2 of the go wear fit and I am happy and proud to say that I again reached all my goals and then some. I am a numbers person apparently when i saw my numbers were slacking I would stand up and stretch and walk in place, do some jumping jacks, and just move around. This thing is really keeping me from being to stagnant which is what I need. I need that kick in the tail on a daily basis. I am really loving it if you can't tell. Someone asked me today if I noticed a difference in how I was doing things and honestly yes I am. I am really focused on hearing the beeps as I reach my goals of steps, moderate exercise, and calories. My biggest struggle is hitting the 2500 calories burned but I am getting it done. I am also beyond focused on measuring food out, calorie intake, and making sure things don't get slipped in that shouldn't. I had been measuring food, monitoring it etc but putting it in the food log on the go wear fit activity manager is definitely keeping me that much more accountable. I do see the difference and I hope that I continue to do so.

Breakfast was 1 cup of honey nut cheerios. Snack was an apple D said his string cheese tasted funny so I was leery of it. Lunch was leftovers from last night (tortellini, sauce, w/ peppers and chicken) afternoon snack was a yogurt and animal crackers. Dinner was a hamburger patty and roasted potatos with broccoli and cheese sauce it was really good as is 110 calories per serving (Green Giant) Delish!! Evening snack was a waffle and peach preserves. Even more Delish!

Workouts let's see I got a 30 minute walk in, chased Roo around the park and yard, came home then after a little girl was in bed we popped in our new video of Power 90. So here goes the review on that one.

We did cardio today because I was in a cardio mood and I made it through. It was difficult but it was a great workout. I need to sit down and read the full program guide tonight to see exactly what we're supposed to do with it so further reviews will be coming. I am committed to this for 90 days (anyone can do anything for 90 days right I hope I am.......) I got 12K steps in and outputted 2600 calories or so. I am tired but I feel great!
