5/28/09 All Day

Wow it's been a day and I am glad to say it's over LOL!

B: serving of cheerios
S: protein bar
L: flank steak sandwich w/ avocado and waffle fries
S: small piece of cake
D: 2 tbs of tuna and 10 goldfish crackers
S: skipped

Workouts: 1 time around the building at work, family walk, 10 minute run, p90x legs and back and ab ripper x. OUCH!!
