The weekend was good, way to short, way to much time on the road but a great visit with MIL and we made it back alive. Internet coverage was spotty out there so I didn't get things blogged so here we go.
Friday the 22nd

Saturday the 23rd
B: eggs, 1 slice of bacon, and toast w/ jam
S: none
L: 1/2 pork chop, asparagus, green beans, corn on the cob,
S: none
D: salad w/ brisket, ranch, tomato, mushroom, cucumber, bell peppers
S: 1 serving baileys irish cream
Sunday the 24th
B: 1 biscuit w/ jam
S: none
L: subway sandwich
S: none
D: 2 slices of pizza 1 slice of cinnamon stick
S: none
Monday the 25th
B: none
S: none
L: carne asada, 1 cheese enchilada, 2 bites of rice and beans plush chips and salsa
S: none
D: salad w/ chicken, lettuce, spinach, tomato, carrots, broccoli, light ranch
S: 8 oz of reduced fat milk
Workouts let's see does driving count? Ok didn't think so. Friday I got a walk before we left. Saturday it rained out west so no outside workouts and no room for indoor workouts. Sunday we got home and walk walk walked! Monday we walked in the morning, in the afternoon we went for a walk, we went swimming for 45 minutes as well as chasing through the sprinkler in the afternoon. THen we did p90x plyometrics last night and all I can say is OUCH!
I am back, it's good to be back and man have I missed blogging strange how it becomes habit so soon ya know?
