I have had a migraine most of the day so the workouts have been only little gym and the family walk before the skies opened up again. Tomorrow will be a 2 workout day for sure!
Eating on a Saturday is tough since I essentially get up in time to head out the door for Little Gym so breakfast and snack were skipped. Lunch was a chicken salad sandwich and a serving of carrots and half a serving of chips. Afternoon snack was pretzels. Dinner was a big mediterranean salad. Evening snack was some ice cream. Right now I am enjoying a v8 smoothie juice w/ a spash of vodka in it. It has been sooooooo long...........
