The past week has been chaotic and filled with nerves. But I have to overlook that and focus on me and my health. I have everything I ate written down it was all within the healthy limits I did good. I lost another poud this week and lost 3 lbs for the month of june. I am down 18 lbs for the year. I am happy.

S: yogurt and 5 animal crackers
D: salad and steak
S: peach
Workouts: family walk
I will be back tomorrow hopefully with more workouts listed.
