6/17/09 All Day

Hey look I'm blogging on the right day WAHOOO!!

B: cheerios
S: reduced fat nilla wafers
L: leftovers from last night even more yum
S: none my yogurt was missing from the fridge
D: sandwich
S: none

Workouts: walk at lunch and family walk. I made my 10K steps YAY!!

Energy level is going up finally I think p90x is in my capabilities tomorrow.
