6/2/09 All Day

It was a decent day today.

B: life cereal
S: protein bar
L: healthy choice dinner
S: veggies and animal crackers
D: turkey burrito w/ ff beans
S: cake

Workouts:
walk at lunch
Family walk
15 minute run.

No p90x because Roo has been throwing up tonight and we need to listen in on her really well at the moment. I want to do plyometrics. :(

BUT I did run for 15 minutes tonight so I am THRILLED! My distances are getting much better everyday which to me is a success!
