B: cheerios
S: protein bar
L: wrap and popcorn chips
S: animal crackers
D: greek isles pasta salad in a different manner (no dressings)
S: 1/2 dumpling no glaze
Workouts: walk, walk, walk, and I am about to shred
Goals:
I am at 10K steps, I have passed my moderate exercise and right now I am at 2330 calories so 2500 is attainable.
Oh and I have now shredded.
